  • SBTB FULL ACCESS

    This is a hybrid program including elements of traditional strength training, powerlifting & bodybuilding.

    This is a full body program focusing on strength and aesthetics. Utilizing science based practices to get you the best results possible. The program is best done on a monthly basis as each month progresses onto the next.

    *This program is designed for someone with access to many pieces of equipment.

    Barbells, Dumbbells and some machines. There are options for someone with no machine access.

    Good for CrossFit gyms, fully equipped traditional gyms & at home gyms.

  • SBTB OLY HYBRID

    This is a hybrid program including elements of Olympic weightlifting, traditional strength training, & bodybuilding. This program has similar stricture and goals as the full access, but places emphasis on variations of the snatch and clean and jerk.

    This is a full body program focusing on strength and aesthetics. Utilizing science based practices to get you the best results possible. The program is best done on a monthly basis as each month progresses onto the next.

    *A program for someone with access to Barbells. Good for full access gyms, (machine only gyms such as planet fitness will not be able to support this program).
